The 2IC was designed on the back of the huge success of its predecessor the MVP. In essence the formula was quite simple. We wanted to develop a shape that had all the elements that work so well with the MVP and mesh that into a more streamlined package to suit conditions over 3 feet. The MVP certainly holds its own when conditions get a bit bigger but it is in its prime when the range is 2-4 feet.
